Day 1

Arrive Delhi

On arrival at New Delhi International Airport, you will be received by our representative and transferred to the hotel for overnight stay to relax and have sufficient sleep to be rejuvenated for the next day full day sightseeing of Delhi, capital of Indian republic.

Day 2

New Delhi tour

After breakfast, proceed on for discovery of Delhi, the Indian capital whose rapid and exponential growth would almost make it forget the political role. Delhi and its two cities, the Indian and the English, which, side by side, give in a single glance, testimony of the ancient, medieval and recent history of the country. Car and driver are at your disposal for the visit of the city of Delhi. The monuments on the chart to visit are the great mosque Jama Masjid, the incredible bazaar of Chandni Chowk, a stroll near the Red Fort, darshana of Akshardham Temple, colonial architecture of India Gate and symbol of Muslim invasion Qutub Minar. Later in the evening return to hotel for overnight stay in Delhi.

Day 3

Delhi - Udaipur (by air)

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport to board flight for Udaipur, a bright white city that will seduce you by its luminosity and its romanticism. Walk through the old town and the bazaar with innumerable shops and craftsmen's workshops. The day has been kept free for leisure. Overnight stay is scheduled in Udaipur hotel.

Day 4

Udaipur tour

After breakfast, proceed on for extensive exploration of the second largest city of Rajasthan- Udaipur. Overlooking the city and Lake Pichola, the Maharana Palace or City Palace, houses interesting collections of weapons and miniatures, as well as a maze of courtyards, gardens, rooms and lounges decorated with mirrors, ceramics, paintings etc. Nearby, visit the 17th century Jagdish Temple which houses a black stone statue depicting Vishnu in the form of Jagannath, the lord of the universe. A boat trip on Lake Pichola at sunset, if the water level permits, is planned. Overnight stay is scheduled in Udaipur hotel.

Day 5

Udaipur - Chittorgarh - Bundi

After taking delicious breakfast, drive for Bundi. On the way, visit the remains of temples and palaces of the fortress of Chittorgarh. Thereafter, proceed for Bundi to arrive in the princely city of Bundi, dominated by the fort and the Chattar Mahal Rajput Palace decorated with magnificent paintings. Bundi had developed its own style/ school of miniature paintings. This school of miniature paintings holds lot of significance in Rajasthan’s cultural richness. Overnight stay is planned to be in Bundi hotel.

Day 6

Bundi - Jaipur

Have breakfast in Bundi hotel and proceed to discover the well of the Rani abundantly decorated with sculptures, the cenotaph with 84 pillars and the royal tombs with delicate reliefs. Post lunch, depart for Jaipur, historical capital of Rajasthan, nicknamed "pink city" because of the color of the sandstone used for its constructions. On arrival at Jaipur, check in at the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 7

Jaipur tour

After breakfast, have a look at the famous façade of the "Hawa Mahal", the mythical palace of the winds, behind which the ladies took shelter while viewing the city life without being seen themselves. Then visit the Amber Fort which you can access on the back of an elephant or jeep. It offers a unique view of the Aravallis range. The pavilions and palaces recall the glory and the prosperity of the Rajput kings and their kingdoms. Return from Amber to the heart of the city to walk in town and in the bazaar. Overnight stay is planned to be in Jaipur hotel.

Day 8

Jaipur Tour

Have relaxed breakfast and proceed to visit the City Palace of Jaipur, the present residence of the royal family, part of which is transformed into a museum which houses beautiful collections of weapons, costumes, jewelry and miniatures of Mughal time. Not far away, the Jantar Mantar, a former astronomical observatory made up of colossal measuring instruments, will surprise you by its forms with a very contemporary aesthetics. Also visit Albert Hall Museum and Birla Temple. Evening is free for leisure and overnight stay will be in Jaipur hotel.

Day 9

Jaipur - Fatehpur Sikri - Agra

After breakfast, drive to Fatehpur Sikri, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Former capital of Mughal ruler Akbar, abandoned eight years after its construction due to lack of water, Fatehpur Sikri is one of the finest examples of Mughal architecture that combines Indian architecture with those of Iran, Central Asia. After visiting Fatehpur Sikri, drive to Agra. On arrival at Agra, check in at the pre-booked hotel to spend evening in leisure and have overnight stay.

Agra tour

At the time of sunrise Taj Mahal, the most visited monument in India, looks unspeakably beautiful so you shall be taken to Taj Mahal during dawn hours. This morning tour of Agra is discovery of the Taj Mahal, a luminous mausoleum of white marble, built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in order to immortalize his love for his wife Mumtaz. It was completed in 1659 after 22 years of titanic work and the participation in the worksite of nearly 22,000 artisans and laborers from all over the world. Renovation of the Taj Mahal is in progress in 2017-2018. After visiting and appreciating the beauty of Taj Mahal, come back to Agra hotel to refresh, relax and have breakfast. Thereafter, move on to visit the Agra Fort built in 1565. Its massive 25-meter high walls house a succession of palaces with delicate sculptures. Then visit Baby Taj or the tomb of Mirza Ghiyas Beg with delicate inlays. It is also known as Tomb of It-Mad-ud-Daulah. Spend the evening in exploring local market, famous for marble products, and leisure. Overnight stay will be in Agra hotel.

Day 11

Agra - Delhi

After breakfast, you will be driven to New Delhi. It will take about 4 hours to reach Delhi. On arrival at Delhi, you will be transferred to the airport to board flight for your onward destination.
