There are ancient remains of several palaces in the vicinity of this pond (Bawli). It is said that in the olden days, there was a path to enter this pond, from the two small rooms located on its sides. These rooms remain cool even in summer. Nearby is situated a bath room where, in the olden days, hot and cold water was available. The mosque of Dilawar Khan is also situated nearby where the members of the royal family were offering namaz.
