6,000 feet above sea-level, Kasauli is a charming hill-station, a coveted place for bird-watchers. One can enjoy a grand view of the Kalka Valley from here. As at Dalhousie, both Western and Indian style hotels are available here. Kasauli can be reached by going up to Dharampur and then covering the remaining 14 km either by bus or a cab. By road it is linked with Shimla, Manali and Chandigarh.
