Kanch Mandir is also called as the Glass Temple. Also known as the Hukumchand Jain Temple, this shrine has its walls, ceiling and floor lavishly inlaid with mother-of-pearl, glass, and multi-coloured beads. The walls are rich with frescos. Bronze images of three Jain Tirthankars adorn the upper floor. Kanch Mandir was entirely made of glass and mirrors by "King of Cotton" Sir Hukamchand Seth, a Jain leader in the early 20th century.
