Agra- Fatehpur Sikri

Agra, erstwhile a Mughal capital city, is home to several world-class historical monuments and therefore requires ample time to visit most famous ones. 3 days Agra Tour Tour commences from Delhi and involves visits to three UNESCO World Heritage sites - Taj Mahal, Agra Fort & Fatehpur Sikri, in addition to tombs of Akbar and It Mad ud Daula. Another unique feature of this tour is that a tourist happens to see the beauty of Taj Mahal on both occasions when the ‘monument of love’ looks most beautiful – sunrise & sunset. Viewing Taj Mahal from Mehtab Bagh at the time of sunset is a cherished moment for a photography aficionado.

Day 1

Delhi - Agra – Agra sightseeing

You will be picked up from your place of stay or airport in New Delhi.. Our representative will introduce you with the tour chauffeur. You will be directly driven to Agra. At the very outskirt of Agra is located a famous Mughal era monument known as Baby Taj – the Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daulah . The Agra tour guide will join you there and your sightseeing of Agra will commence. After visiting tomb of It Mad ud Daula, reach Agra. On arrival at Agra, our representative will receive you and transfer you to Agra hotel for smooth check in. Having relaxed for a while, proceed on for Mehtab Baghto enjoy enchanting view of Taj Mahal during sunset. After visiting Mehtab Bag, return to Agra hotel for overnight stay.

Day 2

Agra sightseeing tour – Fatehpur Sikri- Agra

The second day in Agra is highlighted with sunrise view of Taj Mahal, Agra Fort,and Fatehpur Sikri. Guided sightseeing tour will commence at dawn hours. Taj Mahal looks enchantingly beautiful at the time of sunrise and so the specific time slot has been chosen for the Taj visit. Visit the world famous Taj Mahal. After visiting Taj Mahal, come back to hotel for breakfast. Relax, refresh, check out and move on to visit Agra Fort, built by Akbar on the site where existed a mud-fort of Rajput chieftain.

After visiting Agar Fort, drive for the deserted city of Fatehpur Sikri. Visit monuments-rich Fatehpur Sikri. The famous monuments of Fatehpur Sikri include Buland Darwaja, Jodhabai Palace, Salim Chishti Shrine and Jama Masjid. After visiting Fatehpur Sikri, you will return to Agra hotel for overnight stay.

Day 3

Agra – New Delhi – Departure

After breakfast, check out from Agra hotel and proceed to visit one of the popular and famous monuments of Agra – tomb of Akbar in Sikandara, initiated by Akbar but completed by Jahangir. Built of red sandstone, Sikandara owes its name to Sikandar Lodi, an Afghan ruler who had a fort here. After exploring Sikandara, depart for New Delhi, the capital city of India. It will take approximately 4 hours to reach national capital. On arrival at New Delhi, you will be transferred to your place of stay in Delhi or airport in time to board flight for your onward destination.

If a particular hotel is stated in this travel proposal is not available, we will book you at an alternative hotel in the same category as the one stated with your consent and agreement.
We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.

We would require 50% advance payment to secure your bookings and process the file. We accept bank transfers and payment by credit cards through PAYPAL international payment gateway only. Balance amount needs to be paid on arrival in India by cash, Traveller’s Cheques or credit cards. All credit card payments are subject to 4.88% bank fees.

Cancellation Terms:

50% cancellation if cancelled within 45 days.

75% cancellation if cancelled within 30 days.

100% cancellation if cancelled 15 day or less.
