Day 1
Bhubaneswar Arrival – Puri
On arrival at Bhubaneswar Airport/Railway Station (approx 9 AM), you will be picked up by representative of Optima Travels. You will be driven to Puri. On the way, you will stop at Dhauligiri, known for Peace Pagoda. It is the same place where Kalinga War took place in 263 B.C. There is an ancient temple behind it. From here, again continue your drive to Puri, the city of Lord Jagannath. Early in the evening, move for Puri. On arrival at Puri, check in at the pre-booked hotel to spend evening in leisure and have overnight stay.
Day 2
Puri
Early in the morning, during ‘puja’ hours, you will be taken to Jagannath Temple to have ‘darshan’ (दर्शन) of the presiding deity Lord Jagannath. After that, visit Gundicha Temple where Lord Jagannath, Balbhadra & Subhadra are taken during Puri Rath Yatra. Return to hotel to have breakfast and refresh. Later, excursion to Chilika Lake is scheduled. A boat ride in the lake to watch Dolphins playing around is an exotic experience. Feeding water birds and getting pearls from deep water are pleasant pastime. After enjoying cruise in Chilika Lake, visit Allarnath Temple. Overnight stay is scheduled in Puri hotel.

Day 3
Puri
Today, an excursion to Konark Sun Temple and Chandrabhaga Beach is scheduled. Sun Temple of Konark is a world famous monument for its unique architecture on gargantuan scale. Konark Sun Temple is one of the most iconic monuments in India. The Sun Temple in Konark is world famous for its excellent and exotic architecture. It’s on the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Though the temple follows and displays all features of classical temple architecture in Odisha but it is built in the form of a chariot, complete with 12 giant wheels on both sides, and seven straining horses in front. Also visit Chandrabhaga & Ramchandi beaches. After exploring Konark & nearby beaches, return to Puri to enjoy evening at leisure. Overnight stay is scheduled at Puri hotel.
Day 4
Puri to Bhubaneswar
After breakfast in Puri hotel, depart for Bhubaneswar, the capital city of Odisha. On the way to Bhubaneswar, stop at Raghurajpur. It is a small village of artists known for craftsmanship, especially ‘patachitra’. On arrival, check in at the hotel. Post-lunch, you will be taken to visit Udayagiri & Khandagiri caves, famous for their carvings, historical antiquity, architectural significance and Jain viharas. Return to hotel in the evening for overnight stay.

Bhubaneswar sightseeing
After breakfast, proceed on for Bhubaneswar local sightseeing covering Lingaraj Temple, Parashurameshvara Temple, Mukteshvara Temple, Rajarani Temple, Museum of Tribal Craft and Artefacts and Nandan Kanan. Later in the evening, return to hotel for overnight stay.
