Day 2
Cochin sightseeing - Munnar (by car)
After breakfast, depart for the discovery of the Dutch Palace (closed on Friday), or Mattancherry Palace wherein you will find some of the most beautiful sacred murals of Kerala. On the first floor, the coronation room contains objects belonging to the ruler of Cochin, Raja Vera Kerala Varma (1537-1561). Then you will discover the Synagogue (closed on Friday and Saturday), which dates from 1568 AD. It is a witness of the importance that the Jewish community had in Kochi. Finally, stroll in the district of the antique dealers. This will be the opportunity to discover the crafts of Kerala. In the afternoon drive to Munnar and on arrival at Munnar, check in at the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 3
Munnar
Munnar is the best hill station of Kerala. Munnar is known for its pleasant ambience, tea plantation, tea museum, Eravikulam wildlife sanctuary etc. After breakfast departure for the visit of the national park Eravikulam, famous reserve for its mountain goats of South India, threatened with extinction, the Nilgiri Tahr. In the late afternoon stroll in the market of Munnar. Overnight stay has been scheduled at Munnar hotel.
Day 4
Munnar - Kumarakom
After breakfast drive to Kumarakom. Check-in at the hotel. Rest of the day is free to admire the natural beauty of this region. Kumarakom, situated on the banks of Lake Vembanad, is famous for its bird sanctuary and being a backwaters resort. One can visit the bird sanctuary with proximity by riding a ‘kettuvalam’ to the island. Spend evening in leisure and have overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 5
Kumarakom - Alleppey (Houseboat)
Have breakfast in Kumarakom hotel and depart for Alleppey, the best place enjoy houseboat and backwaters. On arrival at Alleppey, you will be directly transferred to the houseboat. Lunch is scheduled onboard. It will be an exciting experience to have a boat trip on the backwaters (lagoons and canals) of Kerala through villages and rice fields. You will cross shallow lakes lined with palm trees, punctuated with Chinese fishing nets and sail along narrow and shaded canals from which you will be able to watch the loading of coir (coconut fiber), copra (coconut almond stripped of its hull and dried out ) and cashews on barges. Dinner and night-stay is scheduled aboard your Houseboat.
Day 6
Alleppey - Trivendrum -Kovalam (by car)
Disembark your houseboat and continue on the road to Kovalam. En route, visit Trivendram. Visit excellently carved temple of Sri Padmanabhaswamy in Trivandrum city. Visit the Napier Museum and the Srichithra Gallery of Art known for a collection of bronzes from South India, Kerala costumes and ornaments, and Hindu religious paintings. Then, proceed to Kovalam. On arrival at Kovalam, the visit to Kovalam. Check-in at the hotel. Rest of the day free for personal activities. Overnight at the hotel.
