Day 1

Delhi arrival

Our representative will greet you at Indira Gandhi International Airport New Delhi and transfer to pre-booked hotel, by ensuring easy and quick check in. As most of the international flights land in New Delhi during mid-night so, after check in at the hotel, have sound sleep in Delhi hotel to get relaxed for the sightseeing tour of Delhi next day.

Day 2

Central & New Delhi sightseeing tour

Have delicious breakfast in Delhi hotel and proceed for sightseeing of Delhi along with the guide. There are three important monuments that remain closed on Monday so those monuments will be visited on next day Delhi exploration. Today, you will visit traditional Hindu temple- Laxmi Narayan temple with classical north Indian temple architecture, Gurudwara Bangla Sahib – Sikh temple with gold plated cupola, Raj Ghat –Mahatma Gandhi’s memorial, India Gate – symbol of Indian soldiers’ supreme sacrifices in World War-I & II, President House – erstwhile viceroy’s residence, Parliament house and Qutub Minar- a stone minaret with 1500 years old rust-free Iron Pillar, reflecting high-level skills of the Hindus in alchemy. During the course of whole day tour, you will be exploring nearby clusters of shops, showcasing excellent ethnic goods. After visiting famous monuments of Delhi, later in the evening, return to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 3

Old & New Delhi sightseeing

Having enjoyed delicious breakfast in Delhi hotel, proceed on for Old & New Delhi sightseeing tour along with Delhi tour guide. The Old & New Delhi tour encompasses visit of Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Chandni Chowk, Akshardham Temple, Lotus Temple & Lodi Garden. It will be relaxed and leisurely tour and help you understand ‘exoticism’ of India. During sightseeing, manual rickshaw ride will be conducted in Chandni Chowk. New clusters of shops and market can be visited at your will. Later, in the evening, return to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 4

New Delhi- Jaipur- city tour

In the morning, having breakfast in Delhi hotel, depart for Jaipur. You will be directly transferred to the hotel on arrival at Jaipur. After relaxing a bit and having lunch, with Jaipur city tour guide, visit City Palace, Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds) and Jantar Mantar (Stone-built solar observatory). After sightseeing, you will be having enough time to explore local colourful market. Thereafter, the guide will lead you to attend evening aarti (deity worship ceremony) in Govind Dev Ji temple. After visiting famous monuments of Jaipur, return to Jaipur hotel for overnight stay.

Day 5

Jaipur forts & palaces tour

Post breakfast, in the company of guide, full day Jaipur city and Amber tour will take place. The first monument will be gargantuan fort of Amber. One of the major attractions of today’s sightseeing will be an elephant ride from the foot hill to the main gate of the fort at the hilltop. After visiting Amber Fort, the tour guide will take you to Jaigarh Fort, an older fort than Amber Fort and still in possession of the Jaipur royal family. Jaigarh Fort is home to a museum of weapons, world’s largest canon – Jai Van, demolished foundry and excellent water harvesting and storage system of yester era. Next monument to be visited is Panna Meena Ka Kund, a special water storage system. Visiting Panna Meena Ka Kund during monsoon offers a memorable experience. Having explored Amber Fort, Jaigarh Fort and Panna Meena Ka Kund, post lunch, proceed to visit Albert Hall museum. After visiting these monuments, explore local market of Jaipur. Thereafter, you will be taken to attend evening aarti in Birla Temple. After watching royal monuments, bustling market and auspicious ‘aarti’, return to Jaipur hotel for overnight stay.

Day 6

Jaipur –Abhaneri- Fatehpur Sikri- Agra

Depart for Agra after breakfast in Jaipur hotel. On the way to Agra, you will be shown two exceptionally beautiful sites. The first one is Abhaneri village, earlier known as Abh Nagari (city of light) in 8th century when it used to be capital of Gurjar king Mihir Bhoj’s kingdom. Harshat Mata temple and Rajasthan’s largest ‘baori’- Chand Baori- belonging to the era of Mihir Bhoj are prime tourist attractions. Topping on the ice is a firsthand feel of historical Indian village. The next stoppage is Fatehpur Sikri, a Mughal era monument, built by Akbar. The Fort Palace complex is very nicely preserved. On arrival at Agra, you will be transferred to Agra hotel. Our representative will ensure smooth check in at the pre-booked Agra hotel. Have relaxed overnight stay in Agra hotel.

Day 7

Agra Sightseeing – Varanasi (by train)

Being seat of Taj Mahal and its exceptional charm among the visitors, Agra can be suitably called Tourism Capital of India. Three famous Mughal monuments are Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Baby Taj. You will be accompanied by a professional, knowledgeable and friendly Agra tour guide to show you Taj Mahal during dawn hours when the ‘monument of love’ looks most beautiful. You will be taken to the Taj Mahal on a decorated ‘tonga’ (horse carriage). Post breakfast, Agra fort and Tomb of It-Mad-ud-Daula will be explored. At the time of sunset, you will be taken to Mehtab Bagh to see Taj Mahal from across river Yamuna. Photography aficionados don’t miss a chance to capture Taj Mahal from here. Late in the evening, have dinner in a nice restaurant and board Varanasi-bound train.

Varanasi arrival - Sarnath tour

On arrival at Varanasi, after overnight train journey, you will be received at Varanasi junction by our representative and transferred to the hotel. After getting freshened up, proceed to visit Sarnath. Sarnath is the testimony to ancient Indian civilization. During the visit of Sarnath, you will see monuments of pre-Christ era. Among the monuments are stupas, remnants of razed Buddhist monastery, Ashokan Pillar etc. Famous monuments are the Dhamekh Stupa (built in 200 BC,128 feet high, 93 feet in diameters), the Dharmarajika Stupa, decaying ruins of the Mulagandhakuti Vihara, the Ashoka Pillar and the Sarnath Archaeological Museum. You shall be taken to a Tibetan Buddhist monastery also. After visiting Sarnath, you will be taken to Dashashwamedha Ghat of Varanasi where magnanimous Ganga Aarti ceremony takes place. Return to hotel after watching & attending splendid and magnanimous Ganges Worship Ceremony (Ganga Aarti) at the ghat of river Ganges.

Varanasi sightseeing tour

Varanasi city tour is characterized by morning boat ride in the Ganges along the ghats, stone-steps that lead to Mother Ganga. This morning boat cruise will open up a vista of cultural manifestations of the world’s oldest living city. View the panoramic view of ghats on boat. After the boat ride, you will explore the deeper and real aspects of the culture of Varanasi while taken through the narrow alleys, buzzing with day-to-day routine, cultural and commercial activities. This heritage walk in Varanasi will unfold various new features of Varanasi, the cultural capital of the Hindus. After visiting ghats and doing heritage walk, return to your Varanasi hotel. Get refreshed, relax and have delicious breakfast. Thereafter, proceed to visit famous temples of Varanasi which include Vishwanath Temple, Durga Temple, Tulsi Mahas Temple, Vishwanath Temple in BHU etc. After ghat and temple tour and exploring local market of Varanasi, you will be taken to Ram Nagar Fort Museum, still in possession of the king of Varanasi and live display of the history in continuum. Day 10

Varanasi – Goa (by flight)

Have breakfast in Varanasi hotel and you will be transferred to the airport to board flight for Goa, a southern India state, known for a string of world-renowned beaches, Portuguese colonial heritage, ethnic cultural legacy, beach parties, exotic cuisines and flea markets. On arrival at Goa, you will be received at Goa airport and transferred to Goa hotel to spend days and nights in Goa to enjoy leisurely holiday.

Day 11

Goa

Have delicious breakfast in Goa hotel and spend the rest of your day in leisure as per your desire. The day has been kept free. The overnight stay will be in Goa hotel.

Day 12

Goa city tour

The third day in Goa has been kept reserved to take you to have a glimpse of Goa which helps you explore its past, lifestyle, culture and monuments. Have delicious breakfast in Goa hotel and proceed on for sightseeing tour of Goa which includes historical monuments like Churches at Old Goa, museums and temples. During this short tour, you will be visiting and exploring local market as well. But many tourists spend whole of their time around beach rather than any sightseeing. So, today’s activity is as per your choice. Sightseeing in Goa will be conducted in private car.

Day 13

Goa - Departure

Have delicious breakfast in Goa hotel and spend the rest of your day in leisure as per your desire. The day has been kept free. Late afternoon, you will be transferred to Goa airport to board flight for your onward destination. Golden Triangle with Varanasi Goa Tour ends here.
