Day 1

Cochin arrival - Kumarakom

On arrival at Cochin (Kochi), you will be received by our representative and transferred to Kumarakom resort. Located on the banks of beautiful Vembanad Lake, Kumarakom used to be a non-descript about two-decades back but it has developed into a prominent tourist place now-a-days. Leisure seekers consider it as paradise on earth. Famous Ayurveda rejuvenation therapy has become immensely prevalent in Kumarakom. Kumarakom offers truly exhilarating opportunities for boating & fishing experiences. Spend the rest of the day in leisure and have overnight stay.

Day 2

Kumarakom sightseeing

The whole day is meant for exploration of town and bird sanctuary & leisure. Kumarakom is a small island located 16 km west of Kottayam, a popular destination of India, Kerala. Kumarakom is famous around the world for exotic migratory birds, delicately balanced ecosystem and unique hospitality. Go in for a boat cruise to visit the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary. Make sure to indulge in Ayurvedic rejuvenation therapy during afternoon. In the evening, you will enjoy the splendid view of the Vembanad Lake during the sunset and explore local town for its unique lifestyle and culture. Spend the rest of the day in leisure and have overnight stay.

Day 3

Kumarakom - Alleppey

Have delicious breakfast and spend morning in leisure. Early noon, depart for Alleppey / Alappuzha. On arrival at Alleppey, you will be directly transferred to the Kettuvalam or houseboat. Blessed with Arabian Sea to the west and an extensive crisscross network of lakes, lagoons and streams, Alappuzha is among the exotic backwater destinations in God’s Own Country. Considered as the Venice of the Orient by travelers from around the world, the serene and tranquil surroundings of Alleppey backwaters will surely please your spirits and offer mystical sights of beautiful landscapes of Kerala. Visit Alleppey while staying in floating homes, popularly known as ‘kettuvalam’. These houseboats are luxuriously equipped with all modern amenities. Taste authentic Kerala cuisine onboard and enjoy the beauty of Kerala's backwater landscapes.

Day 4

Alleppey – Kochi - Departure

Have breakfast onboard and depart for Kochi. On arrival at Cochin, you will be transferred to airport / railway station to board flight/ train for your onward destination.

Above rates are based on current exchange rate, fuel price, entrance fee, hotel rates and tax structure as applicable on the date of mailing the package proposal, however any change in these components beyond our control shall affect the cost accordingly.

If a particular hotel is stated in this travel proposal is not available, we will book you at an alternative hotel in the same category as the one stated with your consent and agreement.
We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.

We would require 50% advance payment to secure your bookings and process the file. We accept bank transfers and payment by credit cards through PAYPAL international payment gateway only. Balance amount needs to be paid on arrival in India by cash, Traveller’s Cheques or credit cards. All credit card payments are subject to 4.88% bank fees.

Cancellation Terms:

50% cancellation if cancelled within 45 days.

75% cancellation if cancelled within 30 days.

100% cancellation if cancelled 15 day or less.
