A temple dedicated to Nandi, the bull-carrier of Shiva, faces the Viswanath Temple, with a huge image of the sacred bull. The Nandi shrine rests on twelve pillars and houses a huge bull measuring 2.20 meters in length. Bull is the means of transportation attributed to Shiva.
